Try Lite before subscribing

NovaStation Lite is a free chart/workspace preview of the desktop app — there is no time limit and no license required. Lite is the intended way to evaluate the interface, chart flow, theme, and basic visual settings before subscribing to Premium. Please review the Lite preview, the feature list, the FAQ, and the risk disclaimer before subscribing.

Refund policy

All NovaStation subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to Stripe and PayPal subscriptions, the most recent charge, and any prior charges.

• No refunds are issued for partially-used billing cycles.
• No refunds are issued for change-of-mind after delivery of access.
• No refunds are issued for unused time on an active subscription after cancellation.

If your bank reports a compromised card or genuine fraud, contact your bank — they handle disputes through the proper process.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime to stop future billing. Pick whichever path is easiest:

If you paid with Stripe

1. Find your most recent Stripe receipt email (sender is Stripe; subject usually starts with "Your receipt from").
2. Click the self-service portal link inside. The Stripe customer portal opens.
3. Click Cancel subscription.

If you paid with PayPal

1. Open your PayPal automatic payments dashboard.
2. Find the NovaStation recurring payment.
3. Click Cancel to stop future charges.

Either way, billing stops at the next renewal. Your NovaStation license remains active through the end of the current paid billing period, after which it expires and the desktop app prompts for re-activation.

Can't find the receipt or the portal link doesn't load? Email [email protected] and we will cancel from our side — usually within one business day.

What happens after cancellation

• You keep access to NovaStation through the end of the current paid billing period.
• No further charges are made.
• After the billing period ends, the desktop app's runtime check fails, the activation files are purged, and notifications stop firing.
• Your machine code and license history are kept on file in case you decide to subscribe again — we can re-issue your activation pair quickly.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can usually resolve billing questions directly and faster than the bank. Chargebacks against legitimate subscription charges may result in your license being terminated and your email being blocked from future subscriptions.

Re-subscribing

If you cancel and later change your mind, you can subscribe again from the pricing page. Email us with the purchase email you used before and we will re-issue your activation pair without making you re-do the machine-code step.
